PVT-EDOF published in The Journal of Supercomputing

Our article "An effective pyramid vision transformer-based extended depth of focus technique for optimally focused microscopic imaging" has been published in The Journal of Supercomputing (vol. 82, no. 12, 2026).

A light microscope keeps only a thin slice of the specimen in focus. The proposed method uses a pyramid vision transformer to fuse a multi-focus image stack into a single, fully focused image.
